I know what it takes to transform because I’ve lived it myself. My own fitness journey taught me that results don’t come from shortcuts or gimmicks—they come from consistency, effort, discipline, and smart nutrition. The progress you see in my transformation is the same process I’ll guide you through: safe, natural, and sustainable.

 

As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, I combine proven science with real-world experience to help people of all ages achieve their goals—whether that’s weight loss, strength, mobility, or athletic performance. I’ve been where you are, and I understand both the challenges and the victories along the way.

 

Being bilingual in English and Spanish also allows me to connect with a wide community, making training accessible and comfortable for everyone. I create a safe, private space where you’ll not only learn proper fitness techniques but also build lasting confidence in yourself.

            Dev 1 & 2

 

DEV 1 and DEV 2 work together to take you from the basics to advanced training. First, you’ll master proper form, build stamina, and gain confidence through foundational movements. Then, you’ll progress into advanced methods like supersets, drop sets, and tempo training—learning not just how to do them, but how to use them safely and effectively. Together, these programs create a clear path to lasting strength, performance, and results.

 

Dev 1: Foundational Fitness Program

A structured program designed to build core strength and confidence for long-term success.

  • Training Fundamentals: Master proper form and posture on key movements.

  • Balanced Fitness: Blends strength training with cardio and mobility.

  • Adaptive Progression: Gradually builds confidence and prepares you for advanced training.

 

​Dev 2: Advanced lifting program

Teaches advanced lifting techniques with an emphasis on proper form and purpose. You'll master methods like drop sets and supersets and learn to apply them for goals such as muscle growth, endurance, or fat loss.

Not in town? Both Dev 1 and Dev 2 are available on a virtual platform. Just add a note to the "Add your message" box at time of booking, and I'll be in touch with logistics.​​

            Circuit Training (Power)

​

An advanced program that builds on foundational training with speed, agility, and explosive movement.

​

  • Strength and Speed: Combines heavy lifting with explosive exercises to build power and control.

  • Agility and Mobility: Uses quick drills and lateral movement to enhance athletic performance.

  • Endurance and Intensity: High-paced circuits condition the body to handle fatigue while maintaining sharp performance.

  • Performance Mindset: Focuses on developing real-world power, quickness, and resilience.
