Phase 1: Dev 1 (Foundations)
Every great structure needs a strong foundation. Dev 1 is your starting point, designed for anyone from absolute beginners to those looking to refine their technique. You will master the fundamentals: correct form, posture, and breathing on core movements like squats, presses, and pulls. By blending in cardio and mobility, this program builds stamina and consistency, preparing your body and mind for the challenges ahead. It’s a personalized, safe, and sustainable on-ramp that instills the confidence needed to succeed.
Phase 2: Dev 2 (Methods)
With a solid foundation in place, Dev 2 helps you evolve into a smarter, more efficient athlete. This phase expands on the basics by introducing powerful, advanced training techniques. You'll learn to incorporate methods like drop sets, supersets, tempo training, and complex strength-power combinations. More importantly, you'll learn the purpose behind each technique—understanding when and why to use them to achieve specific goals like muscle growth, endurance, or fat loss. The final phase is where it all comes together. Circuit Training: Explosive Power blends the foundational strength of Dev 1 with the advanced methods of Dev 2, and adds a powerful layer of speed, agility, and dynamic movement. This high-intensity program builds strength + speed, agility + mobility, and endurance + intensity through non-stop, circuit-style sessions. By the end, you won’t just be stronger—you’ll be faster, more agile, and more resilient.

With over a hundred third, fourth, fifth, and sixth-grade athletes coached, my philosophy extends far beyond the final score. My goal is to build a strong foundation for young players, not only in basketball but also in life.

I focus on mastering the fundamentals of basketball, from dribbling and shooting to understanding the rules of the sport. But true success comes from a commitment to teamwork and respect. I challenge every player to be a champion—not just on the court, but in their character. I instill the importance of being a good teammate and showing respect to their parents and coaches.
By focusing on these core principles, I've had the privilege of helping young athletes grow into confident, disciplined, and respectful players. My programs are designed to create a positive and fulfilling experience that they can carry with them for a lifetime.
