Circuit Training Explosive Power This advanced program blends the foundations of Dev 1 (basic weight training and conditioning) with the intensity of Dev 2 (advanced lifting methods), then adds a powerful layer of speed, agility, and explosive movement training. Through circuit-style sessions, clients move between strength exercises, conditioning drills, and plyometric work with minimal rest. The focus is on: Strength + Speed: Combining heavy lifts with explosive movements to build both power and control. Agility + Mobility: Quick-change drills, lateral movement, and stability work to improve athletic performance. Endurance + Intensity: High-paced circuits that condition the body to handle fatigue while staying sharp. Performance Mindset: Training not just for muscle growth, but for real-world power, quickness, and resilience. By the end of this program, clients will feel stronger, faster, and more dynamic—ready for anything from sports performance to high-energy daily life.
